Booking & Appointment Policy:
To book your appointment, a deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to future appointments if rescheduled 24–48 hours in advance. Please ensure to read through all pre-care instructions before booking.
Payment Policy:
We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment methods (Zelle, CashApp, ApplePay). Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits are required for all services.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24–48 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50%, and deposits will not be refunded. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.
Refund & Touch-Up Policy:
We strive for complete client satisfaction, but due to the nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your procedure, we offer a complimentary touch-up within 4-6 weeks of the initial procedure. Additional touch-ups after this period may incur extra charges.
Health & Safety Policy:
We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. All tools and equipment are sanitized between each use, and strict hygiene practices are followed. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment to ensure safe and suitable treatments. We do not perform services on clients with active cold sores, open wounds, or any contraindicated conditions.
Allergies & Reactions:
We require clients to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to their procedure. While reactions are rare, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions or complications that may arise during or after the procedure. Patch tests may be offered where applicable.
Certified & Licensed Professional:
As a certified and licensed permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo artist, I am committed to providing the highest standard of care, skill, and safety for all procedures. Rest assured that you are in experienced hands.
Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for following the provided pre-care and aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and healing. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the final outcome, and additional treatments may be required at the client’s expense.
Photography Consent:
By booking an appointment, you consent to having photos taken of the before and after results of your procedure. These photos may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. If you do not wish to have photos taken, please inform us prior to your appointment.
Age Requirements:
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive permanent makeup services. For clients under the age of 18, a guardian’s written consent is required.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your personal information with third parties. All personal details collected during the booking process will be used solely for appointment management and communication purposes.
